Have your feet examined by a Canadian Certified Pedorthist before buying shoes to learn what features in a shoe are appropriate for your foot type and activity.

The following is important information regarding the use of referrals from a family physician or specialist:

• Biomechanical and footwear assessments are arranged by appointment only
• All patients require a written referral or prescription for custom orthotics
• Please bring a selection of common footwear and any previous orthotic devices
• Please wear comfortable clothing or shorts to change into
• A typical appointment including biomechanical exam, gait analysis and casting is approx 45 min
